Sent to Redbridge Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 636409.

There is a mop handle and mop bucket on the pavement outside no. 350/352 Wanstead Park Road, IG1 3TY since 11th May 2015. We have had two bin collections since this date and they have not picked these items up. I'm not sure who has left it there but it appeared after the last refuse collection on Monday 11th May.
