Overgrown hedges obstructing view of traffic

Reported via desktop anonymously at 11:22, Friday 16 August 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6363920.

As you can see signage of Maggs lane & hedges overgrown causing a hazard when pulling out from Maggs Lane.Cars approaching from Washing Pound lane cannot be seen unless you edge right out, with possibility of then hitting another car or cyclist. The hedge continuing up to Church lane is also narrowed down due to uncut hedges

  • It is now the end of September and nothing has been done The road sign of Maggs lane is completely covered The hedge has grown to the extent that you have NO view of traffic approaching Maggs lane junction from Washing Pound lane unless you edge right out& risk your vehicle being hit An accident will surely happen if this is not cut back
