Illegal park cars
Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6363175.
Cars park on double yellow lines . Causing issues for ambulance as near hospital on a majour road . Let alone its on a corner double yellows hole way down and around every over road yet on a corner right nexts to the bus stop they left space for 3 cars . This is causing beeping arguments all time of the day and night . As people can not get past . The high way code states no cars parked near bus stop they park in the bus stop half the car trying to squeeze in let alone on the double yellows ! Im sorry but i fault this was a law and we live in the uk not a 3rd world country . It's 2mins walk from hospital they could just park there but don't wanna pay . I have reported this 30+ pluss times with proof of photos videos . And council say its down to the police say nothing we can do . They are illegal parked emergency services are going up and down every day. Sorry to sound rude but this council is ridiculous why would you leave 3 meters clear on a corner right nexts to bus stop for people to park . Please explain this .. I will be taking this information to the resolver who will soon publish this . Ridiculous

NHS even have there tea break there .. come on double yellows no emergency at all !!!! On there phones eating . I have video of sitting on there phones if wish to see for over a hour and a half

The council Have said why don't u just go ask them to move .. should I police the streets for you two and do your job why dont you just go on holiday have a cocktail . Its your job ( simple) and you wonder why people end up getting in arguments. Give me a ticket machine are happily do it for free ! ridiculous no wonder no cares .....I will up load email from council clearly stating this

This is there reply from the council . Police do not wish to do anything either as the blame the council . Wen some body is seriously injured don't say we didn't warn you . Maybe park a boat here two . So I'm assuming we can park on any double yellow line anywhere in uk . Thanks for your advice I will pay no attention to double yellows in future.
