Parking on double yellow lines

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6361803.

Cars continuing to park on double yellow lines creating a danger for anyone driving out of park avenue also the refuse collectors can't get their lorry down park avenue which means the residents don't have their bins emptied.
