Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6361319.

The car wash company has now started graffitiing on the walls, the place is starting to look like a dump, there has been previous reports on the car wash and no actions have been taken and it’s getting worse, we are fed up!
