Incomplete lamp post litter bin

The litter bin on the lamp post on the "lake" side of Lake Rd East opposite Lady Mary Rd has yet again been vandalised & is missing the container the litter is collected in. The top/mouth of the bin is still attached to the lamp post but is now difficult to see for both adults & children as ot is at head height. Pedestrians using the pavement are at risk of physical injury &/or damage to clorhing
