Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6361202.

Lake Rd East on the "lake" side & opposite Lady Mary Rd. The litter bin has disappeared yet again. The container the litter is collected in has gone but the mouth / top of the bin is still present & attached to the lamp post but is now positioned at head / shoulder height & is a hazard to pedestrians using the pavement
