Fly tipping of furniture, rubbish and horticulture already reported by at least 2 people

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6359082.

The lane going past the allotments, accessed from the carpark of Bedminster Down public toilets, and used by residents of Hills Cottages, users of the footpath and owners of horses in the field beyond not only impeded by overgrown hedges and verges but also by fly tipping which has been reported before. We were promised action.
