Windsor Road needs cleaning again especially at the entrance to the alleyway between no.3 and no.5. There is also litter scattered in the gutters and the pavement throughout the rest of the road. Additionally, there are loads of cigarette butts next to the path of no.13, I suspect the occupier of either no.13 or 15 is responsible for this litter.
