Traffic lights not positioned correctly

The traffic lights which face the traffic going up the Falmer Road (and over the junction) have got pushed around so they dont face the oncoming traffic. they have been this way for a long time. these lights are not easy to see as the cowls over the lights are obscuring the lights themselves. please can you move back to the correct position? so that face the traffic queuing to go up the Falmer rd
