Environmental Dog Waste Bin not emptied

I have now reported this issue twice, non of the dog waste bins have been emptied within underbank Lane park. This is now causing environmental issues. There are flies everywhere. This bin is too close to the houses and causing a smell. The bin near the play area is overflowing and there are now used dog waste bags all over the park. I have said this before I'd the person who normally does this is on holiday then make sure you have a replacement. This is now an environmental problem. Please empty asap
