It's been a long time since Montrose streets gutters were cleaned of weeds and rubbish ( I know because 3 of us neighbours swept, de-weeded and bought weedkiller out of our own pockets approx 6 years ago. Montrose St looks disgusting and forgotten so can we get something back from our council tax and get rid of the weeds and rubbish from our street and gutters please.
