Trees over growing on property

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6350647.

You have told me the trees do not belong to the council but one is actually on the cycle path, I need to take this further, who do I contac?. You maintain the footpath and have previously cut back branches. There is going to be an accident if this issue is not sorted
