Deep drain no cover

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6349138.

This drain has been without a cover / grate for months now. Unsure what happened but I have covered it twice now, once with a length of wood and once with an odd part of concrete I found nearby. These have both subsequently been removed presumably by local children. The hole is deep and potentially dangerous.
