Uneven surface

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6347113.

Cracked and uneven surface outside no6 Lulsgate road, a tree stump is there and things are growing around it ( resident removed some of it), can the stump can be removed and tarmacked over, and can the roots coming out the pavement be looked into. Thanks
