Loose fence panel.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6346862.

This fence panel could blow into the road, vehicles or pedestrians in high winds and cause damage or injury. It's half way down on the left if going in the direction of the old Co op Car Park.
