TM, not on SRWR

Why has there been TM on Bellshaugh Road since Friday 09th August 2024? There is no information board so that a call can be made to notify of TM that fell over in the high winds on Friday.

    We now know who the organisation is - Smart Utilities. The TM is not as it should be; mind you not much is. Where is the information board with contact details?
