Tree roots causing tripping hazard on footpath

The overgrown trees here are causing problems for pedestrians. The tree roots are causing the tarmac to lift and is a major trip hazard. There are several of these trees witching this particular area. Also, they are very overgrown at the bottom with lower branches stretching over the footpath also causing a trip hazards.
