Every week untied bags put outside number 1 on a Wednesday. Rats and foxes going through. Have spoke to owner who doesn’t seem to understand the Monday collection.

  • Apparently letter sent to resident advising collection days. He has lived there for years. He is more than aware. He just doesn’t care. 6 bags out now since Wednesday.
