Every week untied bags put outside number 1 on a Wednesday. Rats and foxes going through. Have spoke to owner who doesn’t seem to understand the Monday collection.

Apparently letter sent to resident advising collection days. He has lived there for years. He is more than aware. He just doesn’t care. 6 bags out now since Wednesday.
