Look at the photographs, taken on 10th August 2024. The carriageway is impassable, as shown. There has been recent cutting of surface grass, only, and even then, merely to a width of little over a paltry one metre, as shown. Norfolk County Council, what makes you even begin to think that this is an acceptable way to maintain a public carriageway?
