Footpath blocked by scaffold tower

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6338980.

The footpath has been blocked by erection of a scaffold tower and the area taped off. There is no alternate signed route and no ‘footpath closed’ signs. Two legs of the scaffold tower are located in the service road carriageway
