Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6338165.

The vehicle shown in the photos has no registration plates fitted to conceal that it is not insured .

The area has very little parking and spaces being taken up by illegal cars only makes the situation worse .
