Clientele of the primitive butcher continue to pick and choose which laws they wish to abide by and which they believe don’t apply to them.

    The problem will never be fixed. The local council have farmed out ticketing to a private company who only service busy roads where they can maximise profits. Roads where there are many people not familiar with the traditions and culture of the U.K. regarding rules of the road, find that they can park wherever they like whenever they like. Especially after 5:00 when there are no more parking attendances or at the weekend.

    Last night the Primitive butcher restaurant had their van and cars on the double yellow lines from 17:30 onwards. It is now 05:30 the next morning and their cars are still parked on the lines because they know that NSL don’t work from 17:30 onwards.
