Very deep pothole on west side of Church Rd

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6337254.

This pothole about 12" from the edge of the road is very deep & wide enough for a car tyre to drop into, which happened to me today, unable to move into centre of road to avoid it due to oncoming traffic. If a cyclist hit this it could cause a fatality.
