Road sign nearly falling over

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later

The concrete base of a sign on the corner of calmington lane has lifted (possibly through vandalism) and is no longer standing straight, but at a near 45 degree angle. It looks possibly dangerous that it might fall on someone
