Excessive litter

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 63336.

Between the WARREN & "high WArren"footpath just above lampost no 6 and the bench seat, there is a distribution of litter,cider cans,crisp packets,tobacco pouch. The slope is too steep for me to climb

The litter is on a steep slope and at the age of 78 I dare not try scrambling up/down to clear it myself!
