Shrubbery overgrown to cover 50% width of footpath

The shrubbery bordering the footpath has grown to the extent that the foot path is now only half the width it should be, if left to grow more it will be a hazard for parents with children, prams/buggies and also those who may have mobility issues. This has been un cut for a couple of years now and needs to be managed soon please.
