This selfish driver is making it almost impossible to get mobility scooters and prams down this pavement. SUVs do this all the time around here!

Updates

Still some confusion about whether this sort of selfish parking (on pavement AND blocking EV charger) is the responsibility of Police Scotland or Local (East Lothian) Council. A problem shared is a buck passed.
