Wagons using shakespeare drive /Laureston avenue as a short cut, ruining the footpath when driving on them, HGV vehicles not allowed as weight limit but being ignored, our council budget is being destroyed by these vehicles and people's safety being at risk. Thank you William Owen ex highway worker with supervisory street works accreditation,
