Uneven path with pothole

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the condition of the pathway on West end outside 67 that has been causing significant challenges and posing a danger to myself and the child in my care.
I am a carer for a disabled boy who relies on a wheelchair for mobility. Every time we use this path, the wheelchair gets stuck in the potholes that have developed along the route. The path is not only narrow and in close proximity to the road, but the depth of these potholes also causes the wheelchair to tip forward dangerously if I am not extremely cautious. This presents a serious safety risk, and navigating the path has become increasingly hazardous.
Despite my efforts to avoid these potholes, the deteriorating condition of the path has made it nearly impossible to ensure the child's safety. It is becoming too dangerous to continue using this route, which significantly impacts our ability to go out and about.
I kindly request that the council take immediate action to repair the potholes and improve the condition of the path. Ensuring that the pathway is safe and accessible is crucial not only for us but also for other residents who may be experiencing similar difficulties.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated and would greatly enhance the safety and accessibility of the area for everyone. I look forward to your response and to the necessary improvements being made.
