Sent to Bromsgrove District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6317370.

The outer bin here was thrown into the brook a few weeks ago and then the metal part seems to have followed suit last week. Would be great to have a bin back here as there is frequently a lot of litter left on the ground we pick up when passing through. Thank you.
