Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6315607.

Once again ,the speed bumps at the Bute and Cumbrae tower have no surface! Down to the old brick. Actually trying to avoid going along the street altogether as it's so bad PLEASE REPAIR!!!
