Constant blockage of pavement by van and car

Photo shows van parked partially on footpath outside 13 Ceres Road this is causing two problems. Anybody in a scooter or wheelchair or pushing a pram or buggy cannot get past on the footpath. Also access for larger vehicles such as ambulance fire brigade and transport buses (access buses)
