Vehicle has been left in the street for a few months now with a rear axle propped up on bricks and other bricks used behind tyres to stop it moving. The 3 types left on the vehicle are complete smooth and unroadworthy.

  • Now has no MOT. Reported to the police but they are refusing to do anything. Council have been told too.
