Cars parked fully on pavements

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6313941.

Every week day many cars are parked completely on the Cyncoed Road pavements. It has now become the thing to do by builders, tradesmen . People with sight problems or pushing prams are in danger! It has been going on for a long time but last week it was particularly band ( week ending Aug 4th).

I was told by police and cardiff council recently that they don't enforce people parking parking on pavements anymore ,sorry
