Hi, would it be possible for someone to look at cutting back the branches of the tree outside 203 Preston Down Road, Paignton. The branches are now hanging over my front garden and I’m concerned that with the high winds we now have if the branch was to come down it would damage my property. Thanks in advance for any assistance with this matter.
