Community bins

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6312974.

We are having trouble with these bins and would like them removed from just over the road where I live I have tried to get in touch with the local councillors but they have not replied to my phone messages. We Live nearly opposite them and am sick of all of the rubbish being thrown on the floor if one of the bins are full they just dump black bags on the floor one week there were 8 black bags and the seagulls ripped them open and the rubbish was strewn all over the floor. The community bins are just not working and I don’t want to have to live opposite a rubbish dump as this is what it is like within a day or two of the bins being emptied. Please could you pass this on to the council we have rang up a few times to complain
