Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6312821.

Crossing from the top of earle road across to smithdown Lane (or vice versa).

After pressing the button the wait light on the panel turns itself off and the lights do not change to allow pedestrians to cross. Usually takes 3 attempts and most people end up just running across the very busy junction.
