Car in Layby, Not Moved

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6309810.

This vehicle has again been parked in the layby for a week now, and not moved. Same car as originally reported, small dark Mercedes, reg starting EA14. (parking issue). Needs to be removed, and fined, due to the fact it's not a parking space, and lorry drivers are unable to park up on their rest breaks.
