Road surface damaged by flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6306640.

After the rain on the 1st August the road surface has been badly damaged, there was water coming up from under the road surface and has caused the center of the road to split.

This part of the road has been a constant issue everytime it rains and needs major works to review this before the winter.
