Flooding

Whenever there is heavy rain water drains from surrounding streets and collects at the foot of Bannister Gardens. From there it normally flows into numbers 4,5 and 7. On the way it also floods the property of mumber 3. Improved drainage needs to be made to the drains in Tolpuddle Way and Castello Ride to help prevent the flow of water descending into Bannister Gardens.
