Surface degradation ignored over many years

Reported via mobile in the Other road surface issue category anonymously at 21:35, Thu 1 August 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2814119.

Surface degradation ignored over many years, The council have in the past did what they are doing now, surface dressing up to the two yellow line, but failed to fix the issue when they did this. You can trace to issues through this reporting site and also through google maps. There is no grip in the wet, the vehicle slides at slow speed, you try to go around them and end up in a worst part of the road. Repair this location rather than spreading chippings over roads that dont need any attention. If nothing is going to be done give a reason/excuse.
