Drains overflowing causing significant flooding

Reported via mobile in the Drainage category anonymously at 19:06, Thursday 1 August 2024

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6305065.

The drainage around Bannister Gardens & Caswall Drive is appalling and needs serious looking into. This has happened the last 3 years every time we get a sudden downpour. This has caused significant damage to driveways, houses and garages and items inside as a result. This has personally cost us at number 6 thousands of money to replace items inside. The drains cannot handle lots of rainwater so the water gathers down driveways, especially numbers 3, 4,5 and 6. I have more photos and videos I would like to send across please to show the extent of the water that runs down the street and on our drive.
