Overgrown and people can’t get past properly if cars are parked by the side of the road. It’s making the car park vulnerable a place to hide ie - toilet or people sitting in cars I guess drugs, drinking etc. Grown men use it as a toilet this I have witnessed either by going in the bush or around into the carpark so can’t be seen. Disgusting. Looks an eye saw. Not sure who is responsible for the upkeep.
