Broken and uneven pavement surface

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6304763.

The root of the tree between 136 and 138 Sylvia Avenue has broken the surface of the tarmac pavement and rising up causing a serious trip/fall hazard! A lady living close to this issue is 96 years old, and has very reduced mobility. This problem is really worrying her and causing her a great deal of mental stress. The issues has been like this for at least 18 months and is steadily getting worse.
