This is under the railway bridge on Dumbarton Road, Partick. Cardboard and other rubbish crammed behind an electrical/utility box. The street is relatively tidy and clean at the moment (thank you) but is spoiled slightly by this.

Still not fixed. It would only take a few minutes, assuming someone is already charged with the task of cleaning this street.
