Litter all over street

The close bins has no lids the birds are pulling all the rubbish out all over the street no one’s cleaning it also the bin men are not returning the bins back into the close garden where they should be it’s left on the street

  • This was cleaned up however the bins didn’t get a lid or put back I. The cage at the back of the building so the birds are still pulling the rubbish out and the passerbye are still dumping their rubbish in the bin on going until either a new job in place or a lid on old bin
