Hi, I don’t know who’s responsible for trimming of these. Could you help please ? The public path side of 32 Sudbeck lane The very long thorny hedges /bushes/ nettles/ rose barbs are well over grown They are Over the pathway , in the way of pedestrians , dog walkers, toddlers, pushchairs, and cyclist .They need a good trimming back. If it was dark you would get a poke in the eyes. Thanks
