Narrowed pavement from spreading bankside

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6300093.

The pavement along Gordon Road is no longer useable here due to lack of maintenance to retain the rubbish and vegetation/ earth spreading over the footway. There is total neglect of this stretch with flytipping, litter and a loss of safe walking space - certainly not meeting any 2m width standards.
