Grass and leaves blocking path and road

A large amount of grass, branches and leaves have been dumped on the edge of this green space and is spilling onto the road. This blocks the pavement, path through the green space and the parking of vehicles on the nearby road. This was previously reported but the ticket has been incorrectly closed.

The pile of leaves and grass continues to rot in the street. People are throwing bottles and other rubbish onto it. Tires have been fly-tipped further down the street. Bristol City Council- Please fix this!
